New in 2021 is the Klarissa Sells It All Client Rental Program! We designed this program for our biggest MVP’s: our past, present and future clients! (Hint: that’s YOU!
The items available through our rental program will come in handy when you’re entertaining friends, working around the house, or making your move easier and more affordable. The best part? These items are FREE for you to rent. As long as we remain your go-to real estate team and you trust that you will use us as your real estate team in the future, you have access to the program.
We currently have the following items available to rent:
10x10 Pop up canopy tent
Rug Doctor Commercial Carpet Cleaner
Bounce House (12' x15')
Electric Power Washer

RENTAL FEES AND CHARGES
There are no fees associated with the Klarissa Sells It All Rental Program. It is a totally FREE program available to our clients. However, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item if it is unreturned, damaged and/or broken.
RESERVATIONS
Items are available on a first come, first served basis. If the item you would like to rent is unavailable, you will be placed on a wait list. To request an item, please fill out the rental request form.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will then be required to sign the rental contract via DocuSign. Details will be emailed to you once the reservation is confirmed.
PICKUP & RETURN
We will communicate your pickup time and location via email when we confirm your rental. We do not allow walk-ins for the rental program, so please ensure that you’ve first made a reservation request and have been sent a confirmation email.
All items are rented for a maximum of 48 hours unless agreed upon otherwise.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were in at pickup. Please ensure items are clean, dry and in original packaging.
